An Anglo concertina.

A concertina is a small free-reed instrument with bellows, and buttons to produce notes (unlike the accordion which also has buttons for chords). The earliest forms of concertina were the English concertina and the German concertina. Other varieties include the Anglo concertina and the Bandoneón. Newer varieties include various forms of Duet concertina.
